Analisis Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kesiapan Industri Kehutanan Indonesia dalam Menghadapi Perdagangan Global Kayu Olahan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam industri kehutanan Indonesia dan menilai sejauh mana kesiapan sektor ini dalam menghadapi tantangan perdagangan kayu olahan global. Analisis Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kesiapan Industri Kehutanan Indonesia dalam Menghadapi Perdagangan Global Kayu Olahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor kehutanan masih menghadapi berbagai persoalan struktural, mulai dari rendahnya kualitas tenaga kerja, rekrutmen informal, minimnya pelatihan teknis dan digital, hingga budaya organisasi yang konservatif. Selain itu, kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang cenderung terfokus pada aparatur negara belum menjangkau kebutuhan sektor swasta yang menjadi penggerak utama ekspor kayu olahan. Rendahnya pemahaman terhadap prinsip keberlanjutan, regulasi global seperti Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas dan Kelestarian, Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade - Voluntary Partnership Agreement, dan European Union Deforestation Regulation, serta tuntutan pasar internasional menjadi tantangan tambahan dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi manajemen sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan industri kehutanan Indonesia menghadapi perdagangan global kayu olahan.
